Eating healthy can be challenging because our "wants" outweighs our "needs".
That's the challenge and where bodies are change for Good or the bad. Choose what your body needs to achieve its goal. Have your wants on Saturday or Sunday lol.

  4. This is so inspiring Sade! Nelly was the reason why I started changing my eating habits. During the summer I was actually doing it every day drinking about a liter daily and cutting out junk food. I didn't completely juice like in the movie but I did opt for healthier foods and lost 10 pounds in about 3 weeks. I never felt so energetic, I just felt good and clean. Between school and work I eventually had a down fall and junk food got the better of me. I honestly thinking that because of my overweight and the anatomy of my body is why I am having back problems. This is my motivation and wake up call. I need to get healthy again.
