Happy Thursday guys! Before I start I
just want to apologize for not being able to post my video pod cast that I
worked so hard on. I promise I will be post it after it is done exporting into
a movie. I didn't want to leave you guys with anything so here is a little preview
of what’s to expect from Carmen's Transformation Thursday. Thank you all for
