Being Carmen's sister, I've witnessed firsthand her weight transformation. She definitely was going through a lot in college, and let her eating habits get out of hand. Since Miami, however, we both took responsibility for our bodies and became some hot mamas ;) lol. I'm very proud of her, and I know she will continue on inspiring herself and others.
